When you are logged in, you can see the following screen:
You can see the company in this home screen. To go to the employees, click on the tab on the left on “Employees” (the compass, see the red arrow).
If the employees are not visible, you can click on the arrow down under to make them visible.
If you click on the name of an employee, you will see the following screen:
In this screen, you can enter changes for an employee. By clicking on the address, you can change the address. If you click on the salary, you can adjust the salary etc. etc. The changes are immediately active and take effect from the period that is currently active. In this case the active period is 2022-6 and that is June 2022.
In the horizontal menu at the top of the screen, you can also click on “Payslips”:
Here you can see the pro forma calculation for the active month. This is also an interactive payslip. You can adjust this payslip by clicking on, for example, the basic salary, the part-time percentage or the wage tax discount. Beware! These adjustments are also active immediately, so they are not meant to test things.
This is not a definitive payslip, but a pro forma calculation.
The employer's expenses are also stated on this payslip. At the bottom right, you can also view the total wage costs for you as employer for this month.
These employer charges do not appear on the final payslip for the employee after our processing.
To go back to the start screen and the company, click at the menu on the left side on the little house or on "Start Company".
On this screen you will see the "Salary document viewer" block. Here you can find, among other things, the payslips, the journal entries and the SEPA payment files. You will see the documents of the last run by default. But by clicking on another run, you can also find them for previous runs. When the pay slips are released, there is a check mark behind the run. If not, you can easily make the payslips available to employees by clicking on the envelope that appears at the place of the check mark.
On this same screen you can also, for example, submit changes for the past or current period.
Via the "Fast Input" block, you can easily enter changes for the current period and the upcoming run. For example, extra hours, withholding fines or bonuses to be paid. The possible choices depend on the options that are present for you. You can find more information about this in the Manual: Opgeven wijzigingen in Personeel en Salaris online.
Via the "Mutation forms requester" block you can easily enter changes for a period in the past. For example, worked days and hours of on-call workers, salary change or a new employee. The possible choices depend on the options that are preset for you.
Via the "Run request" block you can indicate that you have entered all changes and that we can start processing. You can do this by clicking on the green button. In the pop-up field that appears, you can add any comments before you finally send the run request.
