Because your employer uses ‘Personeel en Salaris Online’ for his payroll administration, you can make use of our convenient digital environment via website and/or our app. Read the instructions for the app in the article below.
Website login
You will receive an email with a request to activate your Personeel en Salaris Online login to access the website. Activate your login by opening the link in the email after which you can choose your own password. You can always log in by using your email address and password.
App login
In addition to the website, you can use the app (available for Apple and Android).
Search in App Store or Play Store for “Visma Nmbrs ess” and download the app.
After downloading and installing the app on your smartphone or tablet, open the tab to access the onetime log in screen.
Fill in the required data:
• Language: your choice
• Domain: personeelensalaris.nmbrs.nl
• Email: your email address
• Password: this is the same password you use to log in on the Personeel en Salaris Online website.
Press “Log In”.
The first time you log in, authorize your account with a two factor authentication. You will receive an e-mail with a verification code on the provided e-mail address. Enter this code in the app.
If you have not received a code, check your spam folder or press ‘resend e-mail’ underneath the blue bar indicating ‘NEXT’ in the app. After inserting the code, press on the blue bar with ‘NEXT’. You do not have to use this code again when you log in.
After inserting the code, choose an extra verification. This is a pin code, fingerprint or Face-ID (facial recognition). If you choose a pincode, choose a pin code that you have to confirm in the next screen. Memorize it well!
App use
After logging in for the first time via the description above, you can quickly log in using your pin code, fingerprint or Face-ID. You will be in the app’s home screen with your “Recent Activities”.
Payslips
Open the menu with (on the top left) to access the menu. Press "My Payslips" in the menu to check your payslips. Alternatively, you can press "My payslips" in the home screen.
You can check your payslips of the current year in "My payslips". You can also open the payslips and download them as a PDF file by pressing .
You can also view payslips of previous years or your annual (income) statement by swiping right in "My payslips".
Annual Statement
Open the menu with (on the top left) to access the menu.
Press "Salary" in the menu to check your payslips. Alternatively, you can press "Salary" in the home screen. Click on “More”.
You will see all your payslips of the current year in this overview. Go to the previous year.
Click on “Annual Statement” to download your annual statement in PDF format.
Leave
Press "My Payslips" in the menu to check your current leave balance and leave requests.
Alternatively, you can press "My leave" in the home screen.
By selecting a type of leave, you will see an overview of the accrued and taken leave (named “opening balance” and “current balance” in the app). It is also possible to request a leave accrual.
Press “Request for Leave” to submit a leave request.
Fill in the required data:
• More than one day or One day: choose one of these two options.
• Type: pick a type of leave.
• (Start and End) Date: pick the (start and end) date of the leave.
• Total hours: fill in the total amount of leave hours.
• Description: add a description if needed.
Press “Send” to submit your leave request.
You can also submit leave accrual, for example overtime, in the app. Press "Add Hours" and follow the instructions above.
It is also possible to delete a leave request in the app if you have made a mistake while submitting your leave request. This is only possible if a leave request has not been assessed yet.
Expenses
You can view your submitted expenses declarations by pressing “Expenses” in the menu.
Alternatively, you can press "Expenses" in the home screen.
Fill in the required data:
• Type: choose a type of declaration.
• Start date: choose the date when you made the expenses.
• Amount: fill in the amount of the expenses that you want to declare.
• Description: add a description of the made expenses.
• Add attachment: add an attachment from your files by either pressing “Choose from files” or by taking a picture. Choose “Take Photo”.
Press “Send” or on (top right of the screen) to submit your declaration form.
Request Changes
You can change your bank account or address by pressing “Request Changes” in the menu.
Press to add a change. You can choose from "Change Address" or "Change Bank Account".
Choose "Add" or "Edit" and fill in the required data in order to complete the changes.
Changing pin code and logging out
You can change your pin or password by pressing “Settings” in the menu. You can sign out by pressing “Logout” underneath “Settings”.
Note: If you log out, you have to go through the entire first log in screen. Use this function only if neccessary! Usually, you can just close the app and log in by using your pincode, fingerprint or Face-ID.
Did you forget your pin code? Press “Forget your PIN?” in the log in screen. Confirm that you have to login in again in order to change your pin code. Press “Yes” after which you log in again as described previously and choose a new pin code.
